Yes, DJs, acoustic and amplified music are allowed and must be provided by a an approved vendor.

Service animals are always welcome. Other pets may be allowed with specific prior written approval from River Fort Ranch. Bringing unathorized pets inside RFR may result in the loss of your security deposit.

Our Lodge Suites include toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Our Courtyard Suites each have toiletries, hair dryers available in the bathrooms and iron and iron boards upon request.

Yes, all main floor areas of The Lodge, Barnhouse and The Grove (with assistance), are accessible.

Yes, there is adequate parking for all private events and retreats at River Fort Ranch. Small group parking is available near the main entrance to The Lodge and large event parking is available next to The Barnhouse.

No. All alcohol must be purchased through River Fort Ranch. And bartenders will be provided. Bringing outside alcohol and alcoholic beverages on the premises will result in the loss of your security deposit. And no one wants that.

The rental fee does not include additional items such as security deposit, beverage minimums, required insurance, taxes, fees and gratuity. Guests may also add 'ala carte' services which are in addition. Hosts will receive a complete quote and list of potential fees prior to completing a rental contract.

No, but it is highly recommended. Our team will do everything they can to ensure your event is a success and having a dedicated events coordinator will only make your event that much better!

RIver Fort Ranch is a single destination for your celebrations, with several beautiful ceremony venues available. Some customization is possible, depending on availability.

Yes, approved licensed and insured caterers are allowed as River Fort Ranch does not provide food catering. Our team is happy to make recommendations.

Yes, we provide tables and chairs for up to 130 guests for all events. Additional tables and chairs can be rented through an approved rental company.

No, linens and all tableware, serving, and glassware should be rented through an approved rental company.

Custom decor is welcome. However, the following are prohibited: confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, fake flower petals, and sparklers. There are restrictions for any open flames, and other restrictions may apply

Music must end by midnight and all guests, not registered to stay at The Lodge must depart by midnight, including event clean up.

The Barnhouse is available for events of all sizes with smaller spaces in The Lodge are available. Tents may be provided by approved vendors. We'll do everything we can, short of being able to change the weather, to make your event just as you'd hoped.
