  • Our Colorado ranch offers a variety of western lodging options including Premium Suites, Courtyard and Upper-level Courtyard Rooms in the Fort, the historic Farmhouse, boutique glamping yurts and a covered wagon.

    Suite guests will have full access to the inside of the main Fort Lodge (kitchen excluded). There is a large dining room, two lounge areas with comfy leather furniture, TV’s in each suite as well as in the lounge areas, and cozy outdoor fire pits.

  • River Fort Ranch can accommodate up to 60 overnight guests, with 35 guests in the Fort Lodge, 6 guests in the Farmhouse, with additional overnight options available in our riverfront glamping accommodations.

  • River Fort Ranch is a western wedding and private event venue with lodging on site.You and your guests can stay on the property in our luxurious Suites, Courtyard Bedrooms, Farmhouse or glamping accommodation with room for up to 60 overnight guests.   • Our western lodging accommodations are currently reservable on Airbnb. Visit our Western Lodging page for direct links to the rental listings for the Fort Lodge and the Farmhouse. Lodging reservations for weddings and private events can be booked directly with our team.

  • Yes, all Fort Lodge rooms and the Farmhouse are climate controlled for year-round comfort. Glamping accommodations are seasonally available and do not include heating/cooling.

  • All of our Premium Suites and Courtyard Bedrooms have a mini fridge and coffee makers. The Upper Courtyard Rooms do not have a mini fridge or coffee makers.

  • Our Premium Suites feature private en-suite bathrooms, while Courtyard and Upper Courtyard rooms share adjacent bathrooms. The Farmhouse includes two full bathrooms. Glamping yurts and the historic covered wagon access shared portable toilets.

  • All buildings and parking areas at River Fort Ranch are ADA accessible to ensure a comfortable experience for guests of all ages

  • Minimum stay requirements may vary based on the season and event type. Please visit our property listings on Airbnb or reach out to our team for additional information.

  • Guests are welcome to stay in the glamping yurts and covered wagon during weddings and private events if they have not been booked by the wedding/event group. Glamping accommodations are accessed via a separate road on the property that does not disrupt the private event spaces.

  • Convenient onsite parking is available near all lodging areas.

  • Pets are not allowed in the Fort Lodge (including the Suites and Courtyard rooms). We do allow service animals. Any other requests are determined on a case-by-case basis.
