River Fort Ranch Wedding Costs
River Fort Ranch provides incomparable value for couples seeking a luxury western wedding venue with lodging. From our elegant Legacy Barn to our historic Fort Lodge and serene Cottonwood Grove, all our curated event spaces are included in one inclusive wedding cost. Optional event enhancements and onsite add-on experiences allow you to customize your wedding to provide an unforgettable experience for your guests. Each celebration is uniquely designed for multi-generational comfort and connection within our low-altitude ranch setting.
One Wedding Cost, Countless Inclusions
Exclusive Property Access
Private use of the 245-acre ranch with panoramic mountain views. Our wedding costs include all ceremony and reception venue areas, bride/groom preparation suites, three bar areas, two bartenders, a wood-burning firepit with s’mores station, and much more.
Scheduling Flexibility
Includes 8-hour rental for your wedding ceremony and/or reception as well as 1 hour rehearsal time plus 1 hour for decorating. (Additional hours available for purchase.) Enjoy flexible scheduling with no curfews and no noise restrictions, plus the ability to bring your own outside vendors.
Versatile Event Spaces
Your choice of several gorgeous indoor and outdoor wedding venue spaces: from the serene Cottonwood Grove and intimate Whispering Lights Courtyard to the luxury Legacy Barn or picturesque riverside beach. At River Fort Ranch, you can choose any space on the property for any element of your event.
Event Add-On Experiences
A wide array of customizable onsite experiences, ranging from active adventures like river tubing and skeet shooting to western activities like hatmaking and hayrides. Be sure to capture some great photo opportunities along the riverfront and in the pasture with our longhorn cattle.
Easy Event Setup
A full collection of wedding ceremony and reception tables/seating for up to 200 guests, with setup and breakdown provided by our staff. Additional items like ceremony arch or cross, sweetheart table, cake table, and rustic whiskey barrels are also included in our wedding costs.
Luxury Bridal Suites
Luxury bridal suite and groom suite that provide comfort and privacy as you get ready for your wedding day. A shared kitchen and cozy lounge area sits between the suites, while an outdoor firepit offers an inviting place to relax with your wedding party.
Convenience & Accessibility
Lower altitude comfort and a hassle-free drive with no mountain roads. All buildings and parking areas are considered fully ADA accessible private event venues, making River Fort Ranch an ideal setting for your multi-generational wedding.
Wedding Venue Coordinator
Onsite wedding venue coordinator on your wedding day as well as two bartenders included for up to 150 guests. Our team provides trash pick-up during the event, venue coordination during the event, and clean-up/tear-down once your event ends.
Onsite Lodging
Comfortable onsite lodging for up to 60 guests, ranging from luxury suites and bunkrooms to glamping yurts and a covered wagon. Our wedding venue with lodging on site makes it easy for you and your guests to stay close by while extending the celebrations.
Unique Wedding Experiences
Customize your event with a wide range of unique wedding experiences: from photo sessions with our longhorn cattle to ranch activities like skeet shooting, hat making, and much more.
