River Fort Ranch offers luxurious western lodging on site at our private 245-acre property. We can accommodate up to 60 overnight guests in the Fort Lodge Premium Suites and Courtyard Rooms, private Farmhouse, riverfront glamping yurts and historic covered wagon. With a wide range of sleeping accommodations and flexible space rentals, our authentic Colorado ranch is ideal for groups of varying sizes, ages and ADA accessibility needs.
The Fort Lodge
The Fort Lodge at River Fort Ranch features four Premium Suites, three Courtyard Bedrooms, and three Upper Courtyard Bedrooms, accommodating up to 35 overnight guests. The Premium Suites on the first and second floors feature en-suite bathrooms and elevated finishes for a truly luxurious western lodging experience. The Courtyard Bedrooms offer peaceful views of the surrounding landscape and interior courtyard, utilizing shared men’s and women’s bathrooms with showers on the lower level. The Upper Courtyard Rooms (including two bunk rooms) are designed for comfort and capacity, utilizing shared bathrooms with showers that are conveniently located on the second level.

The Farmhouse
The Farmhouse at River Fort Ranch is the original 1880s homestead, thoughtfully remodeled in 2013 and refreshed again in 2025 to blend historic charm with modern comfort. This private two-bedroom, two-bath farmhouse with loft sleeps up to six guests and offers a private, cozy retreat just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of our Colorado ranch.

Glamping Yurts & Covered Wagon
Experience Colorado glamping at its finest with four riverfront glamping yurts and a charming covered wagon—perfect for adventurous guests who want something truly memorable. Two of the glamping yurts sleep up to 4 guests, two glamping yurts sleep 2 guests, and the historic covered wagon sleeps 4 guests. These unique Colorado glamping experiences blend cozy comfort with Western charm, offering a unique overnight stay just steps from the river and scenic open land.
